The concept is based on the ambiguity and contradiction
of united individualism. Every artist as a nation by itself, a continent,
republic and state of mind. A nation with its own problems and virtues. Exploring itself on economic, social and interpersonal issues. Internal battles of the mind, and unions of the soul. One being, One nation, as unique as every other there is. United as last as one.

El proyecto titulado NUEVAS NACIONES se trata de un colectivo de artistas Puertorriqueños sobre un mismo medio, partiendo como pie forzado la creación de banderas representativas de cada artista.

El concepto se basa en la paradoja ambigua del individualismo unido. Cada artista es una nación, un país, un continente por explorar con problemas y virtudes sociales, económicos y diferentes otros aspectos del ser mismo. Batallas internas, colonialismo del alma y uniones del espíritu. Un ser, una nación, tan única como las muchas otras que existen.
Las batallas internas como también los tratos externos que nos ayudan a crecer como nación unidos por primera vez para crear una sola.

La curación del proyecto es uno diverso entre artistas locales de diferentes vertientes del arte. Desde diseñadores, arquitectos, escultores, graffiteros, pintores y todas las ramas que invocan a la creatividad.
